Acceptable Use Policy

Riverview is for your own personal retreat planning. Use it lawfully and respect the rights and safety of others.

You must not use Riverview's output to operate a paid travel agency, tour-operator, booking or itinerary business, or to provide paid counselling, psychological or medical services, unless you are appropriately licensed and clearly act on your own responsibility. Riverview's content is not a substitute for the professional duties and insurance those services require.

You must not use Riverview to plan a solo or unaccompanied remote retreat for anyone under 18. Plans involving young people must keep them with a responsible adult.

You must not ask Riverview to plan retreats in restricted or closed areas, conflict or war zones, regions under travel bans, or places at high risk from natural disasters or active emergencies. We may decline to generate such plans.

Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, generate unlawful, hateful or infringing content, or impersonate others. Don't use the service to create content that violates anyone's intellectual-property or privacy rights.

The images and video Riverview generates are passed through automated content moderation, and we filter or block outputs that are sexual, violent, hateful, deceptive, illegal or otherwise in breach of this policy. Attempting to bypass these safeguards, or to prompt the system into producing prohibited content, is not allowed and may result in account suspension.

We may remove content or suspend or close accounts that breach this policy, and we will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
