Account information: your email address and authentication details.

Planning inputs: the notes you type into the chat about your stress, time, budget and preferences, and any optional images you upload.

Billing information: subscription status and identifiers from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that.

Usage information: basic logs and analytics that help us keep the service working and secure.

We use your inputs to generate your plans, to provide and improve the service, to process payments, to support you, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private planning inputs to train publicly shared AI models.

To generate plans we may send your inputs to trusted AI processing providers acting on our instructions under confidentiality terms. We share only what is needed to produce your content.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Under the GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California) and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you can exercise these rights by emailing us, and we will respond within the time the law allows.

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from your settings or by contacting support.

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

We and our providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where we do, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of New Zealand.
