Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a paid plan whenever you like from your billing page, which opens the secure Stripe customer portal. There's no cancellation fee and no need to email us.

Cancelling stops the next automatic renewal. Your plan stays fully active until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your account quietly returns to the free Drift tier — you keep your account and previously generated plans.

You can upgrade or downgrade between Pause and Sanctuary, or switch between monthly and yearly billing, from the same portal. Changes follow Stripe's standard proration.
